These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the jl29 Casino platform, including the website at jl29.asia, all associated mobile-optimized pages, games, features, promotions, and services (collectively, the "Platform"). These Terms apply to all users of the jl29 Platform, including registered account holders and visitors.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address. You agree to update your account information promptly if any details change.

Each individual may register and maintain only one (1) jl29 account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

jl29 is required by PAGCOR regulations and Philippine anti-money laundering laws to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification. As part of KYC, you may be required to submit:

• A valid Philippine government-issued photo ID (PhilSys National ID, driver's license, passport, SSS/UMID card, or PRC ID)
• A recent proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or barangay certificate dated within 90 days)
• A selfie holding your ID, as requested by the jl29 verification team

Withdrawal requests may be held pending completion of KYC verification. jl29 reserves the right to suspend or close accounts where KYC requirements are not met within a reasonable timeframe.

All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms stated in the individual promotion:

• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain an unfair advantage
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes
• Using jl29 for money laundering, fraud, or any activity that violates Philippine law, including the AMLA
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, or reproduce any part of the jl29 platform
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing jl29 staff or other players through any communication channel
• Accessing jl29 from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited

This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the jl29 platform without prior written consent from jl29.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jl29 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the jl29 platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings due to technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error
• Losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to maintain credential security
• Interruption or unavailability of the platform due to maintenance, upgrades, or circumstances beyond jl29's reasonable control
• Any reliance on information or content published on the jl29 platform

jl29's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your jl29 account in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

jl29 collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with the Republic Act No. 10173, also known as the Data Privacy Act of 2012 of the Philippines, and our Privacy Policy. By using jl29, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

jl29 will not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent. Your data may be shared with PAGCOR, law enforcement authorities, or financial institutions where required by Philippine law or regulation.

jl29 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, jl29 will notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, where practicable.

The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent revision. Your continued use of the jl29 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using jl29 and may request account closure.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. The jl29 platform operates under the regulatory oversight of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR).

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of jl29, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through jl29's internal dispute resolution process by contacting our support team. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Metro Manila, Philippines.

For regulatory complaints, players may also escalate unresolved disputes to PAGCOR through its official channels.
